The phone in my room answered itself immediately on speaker, a real privacy invasion. It didn't ring. Someone was just suddenly talking through the speaker. The duvet felt more like a flat sheet, surprisingly thin. I had dinner at Talea, expecting Michelin-star quality, but had to wait 15 minutes for wine since only the sommelier could pour it.. The food was disappointingly average. these details fell short of what I expected.
